Liberty Hudson Capital was formed by Ryan Goldfarb and John Errico in 2018 with the goal of making opportunistic investments in properties throughout the northeast, with a particular focus on New Jersey.

Since that time, Liberty Hudson Capital has deployed millions of dollars of capital, overseen renovations of dozens of properties, and transformed neighborhoods for the better. Our construction and property management arms fuel or passion for making places better.

Our current passion is Atlantic City, one of America's most iconic towns, now on the verge of a historic recovery.
